The Depths of Durangrar: A Dungeon Crawler...in the dark
Created by Creative Cove Games
The Depths of Durangrar is an asymmetrical dungeon crawler that's played in the dark. Play as explorers who use LEDs to light up only what's in front of them in a modular maze that's different in every game. Or play as the monster who has a night vision camcorder and can see all the explorers and the whole maze.

October Update
I’ve received the first production copy and it looks very good. Here are some pictures!
In other good news, testing for CE compliance has finally completed and it has passed!
I’m finalizing transportation to the fulfillment centers now. There are some more transportation documents I need to gather and fill out before they are able to be sent such as a shipping manifest, material safety data sheets and certificates for safe transport by sea on the lithium batteries.
Furthermore, the line was paused for the Chinese National Day which lasted from Sept 28th to Oct 7th and they're picking up again. Production hasn't finished yet but I'm told it is nearing completion.

We're almost there!
Here’s some pictures of the games now. It’s in packaging now.
So I’m a bit behind from the September 10th ready for shipping date I last spoke of. We were short some printed circuit boards for the lights illuminating the character sheets at the end of the August and I put a rush order for replacements. That’s back on track now as they’ve received them earlier this week. Testing for EU compliance is due to start next week and I’m due to receive one of the first prints from the manufacturing line soon as a final sanity check. I hope the next update will be to announce that the games are on their way to the fulfillment centers.

Manufacturing is still ongoing but getting very close to finishing. The current estimated date for completion is September 10th. Following the containers of the game will be dropped off at the Shenzhen port and transported to EU and NA for distribution. It’s estimated to take about 10 to 12 weeks to travel by ocean freight, pass customs and then be transported to the fulfillment centers at which point they will be unpacked from the containers, individually sorted and packed with any add-ons you may have ordered and then sent to you with tracking numbers. Depending on where you are, it may take 2 to 5 weeks to get to you so expected delivery is near the end of the year.
July Production Update

Hello, here's an update on production:
Paper components are printed and being prepared for die cutting:
However, production is taking longer than expected. It's not clear exactly what is the cause. From back and forth discussions, no single component is blocked or stopped. It seems more so that given the number of components in the game, each one is taking longer than expected and the additional time is adding up quite a bit. It makes the original expected production completion date seem very optimistic. Now in the middle of production, I'm told a better estimate is September. I'm working on if there's anything that would help with production such as a second heater for the thermal paper as that may be a pain point but I'm told that they're looking into it but it's possible it may not help much as all the other components also need to go through their prospective die cutting and individual sorting and bagging. At the very least from the pictures, it seems that quality is being maintained and that's my utmost priority.

Hello!
Here are some of the latest pictures from manufacturing. We’re printing all the cards in bulk and moving onto the box, miniatures and packaging of the smaller components.
Manufacturing is taking a bit longer than I expected and there has been an added on task. I misunderstood some of the consumer safety and compliance regulations needed for toy products which includes board games, no matter the age. I need to have RoHS (restriction of hazardous substance) and CE certification for products, especially anything with electronics. RoHS is fairly straightforward as it is done by the manufacturer and certifies all products. I just have to keep their certification on hand should it ever be requested. However, CE compliance is by products individually. Just because a manufacturer has produced CE compliant products before, does not guarantee future products are also CE compliant. I need to push back the schedule about 10 days to wait for testing to be done. Should something hazardous come up, it may cause further issues but the risk is low given that all my components are made with standard materials that have passed before.
